2 25-01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered against unknown for offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he has not been put on test identification parade and no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3737 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sonbarsa Raj P.S.Case No. 173 of 2011. Tahir/- (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)
