We consider it necessary to direct that let the petitioners in each M.J.C. application file a short affidavit mentioning thee I.A. application filed by them either in L.P.A. No. 831/09 or L.P.A. No.499/09 or C.W.J.C. No.19/10. The affidavit must also specifically state that they deposited the requisite court-fees and attended to other defects, if any, leading to their I.A. application having been given a separate writ petition number, mentioning the number of the writ petition finally so given to their I.A. application.
