2 25-01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners are accused of a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After recovery of dead body of informant’s husband, present case was registered on suspicion that her husband might have been killed by the petitioners. Submission is that nobody has seen the occurrence. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3758 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Chandauti P.S.Case No. 239 of 2011.
