2 25-01-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the names of the petitioners. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner no.2 is wife of petitioner no.1. They are parents of the husband of the deceased of a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is consistent allegation that the demand of dowry was made by the husband of the deceased. Submission is that the petitioners are separate from the deceased or her husband from before and the husband of the Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3764 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 deceased is already in custody. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr.Prashant Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class/concerned court, Gaya in Chandauti P,S.Case No. 192 of
