26.11.2010 passed by the 3rd Sub-ordinate Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Title Suit No. 601 of 2007, whereby the prayer of the plaintiff for amendment of the plaint has been allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by amendment new paragraph 14A is sought to be added in the plaint which according to the petitioner is time barred. Considering the submissions of the petitioner and on perusal of the order impugned, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. However, it goes without saying that the petitioner will be at liberty to file additional written statement in light of the amended plaint.
