.... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance : For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anil Kr Singh No. 6 For the Respondent/s : Mr. S.Raza Ahmad AAG 9 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILESH KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 08-02-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Raiyati land of the petitioner is being encroached by the private Patna High Court CWJC No.7872 of 2012 (2) dt.08-02-2013 respondents in the garb of some sort of Parcha. It is submitted that the petitioner for redressal of his grievances has filed an application before the respondent no.4 which has been registered as Case No. 46 of 2011 which is still pending. Learned counsel for the State submits that appropriate order would be passed at the earliest in the aforesaid case. Considering the submissions of the parties, in view of the pendency of the case before the respondent no.4, I am not inclined to interfere into the matter. However, the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case at the earliest after hearing the parties. The writ application accordingly stands disposed of.
