01-04-2013 Heard learned counsel the petitioners, learned A.C. to Government Pleader No. 26 as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of private respondent(s). The present writ petition is in relation to a dispute under the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885 (in short ‘B.T.Act’), particularly; under Section 48D of the B.T.Act. During the pendency of the present writ petition for 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.12582 of 2004 (11) dt.01-04-2013 adjudication of such dispute, an appropriate forum has already been constituted as ‘Land Tribunal’, under the provisions of Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, the Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Land Tribunal. In view of provision contained in Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay
