.... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance : For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra For the Respondent/s : Mr. S.S. Shabbar Hussain Gp4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHAILESH KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 2 10-01-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner authorities are not issuing birth certificate of the petitioner for which an application was filed. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, on basis of the statement made in the counter affidavit, submits that on enquiry the fact stated by the mother of the petitioner with respect to birth of the petitioner was found not correct. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that important documents are now available with the petitioner to substantiate his claim of birth at the given place. It is further submitted that petitioner proposes to file a fresh representation annexing all the relevant documents in support Patna High Court CWJC No.5355 of 2012 (2) dt.10-01-2013 of his claim for grant of birth certificate. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere into the matter. However, in case such application is filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2, the same be considered in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months on receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of the present order. The reasoned order passed on such representation be communicated to the petitioner thereafter. The writ application accordingly stands disposed of. Manish/- (Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J)
