After some arguments, learned counsel for the C.B.S.E. prays that the petitioner may be directed to follow the procedures laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case Jigya Yadav Vs. Central Board of Secondary Education and others reported in (2021) 7 SCC 535.
