6.10.2009 vide Cr.Misc. No.26858 of 2009. Considering the report of the Trial Court that the trial is almost at its fag end, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The Trial Court (7th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari) is, however, directed to send the particulars of the Investigating Officer in connection with Muffasil P.S. case No.34 of 2009 along with a copy of this order, if he has not appeared before it, so that he can be produced on the next date fixed by the Trial Court.
