The present writ petition has been preferred challenging the order of the first appellate authority under Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 dated 26.02.2021. Mr. Panda, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits the appellate authority has recalled the order dated 26.02.2021 by the subsequent orders dated 1st April, 2024 and 24th April, 2025. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the appeal vide No. 5781 of 2019, which is the subject matter of the 2 present writ petition, has already been disposed of. Documents as produced by Mr. Panda, learned advocate, is taken on record.
