COMMON ORDER:

These two writ petitions are filed questioning the inaction on the part of the respondent- Special Officer and Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad, in furnishing the information sought by the petitioners, in their applications dated 29.07.2009, under Right to Information Act, 2005. There is no necessity of going into all the details. Today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent furnished the information as sought by the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing survives in these two writ petitions for further adjudication and the same are liable to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petitions are closed.
