It is submitted by the pradhan who is present in Court that 90% of the constructions are unauthorized and the order along with the documents have been forwarded to the Sub-Divisional Officer in terms of Section 23(5) of the West Bengal Panchayat Act,

1973. Accordingly, contempt application disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped. The Rule is discharged. Personal appearance of the pradhan dispensed with. 2 The applicants may make their submissions before the Sub-Divisional Officer, in accordance with law. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
