Judgment
Heard Sri Nasrul Hasan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Shashi Kant Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri M.E. Khan, the learned counsel for the opposite parties no.2 to 5 and perused the records.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has erroneously impleaded the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), FTC Lucknow and he orally requested for being permitted to strike out the name of the court from the array of parties. The request is accepted and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out the requisite correction in the array of parties forthwith.
By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/FTC, Lucknow to decide the Regular Suit No.1228 of 2012: M/s Shila Auto Mobiles Vs. Bharat Petroleum expeditiously.
The aforesaid suit is pending since the year 2012.
