Judgment
Heard Sri Ravindra Shukla, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Mayank Sinha, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 2024, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 308, 506, 34 I.P.C, registered at Police Station- Musafirkhana, District- Amethi.
After advancing submission at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the instant application and seeks liberty to file an application for bail.
