The captioned writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia praying therein for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 2, to take decision on the enquiry report dated 11.08.2023 submitted by the District Development Officer, Unnao before the Joint Development Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow and the same has been forwarded vide letter dated 9.08.2023 by the learned Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow before opposite party no. 3 as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this Writ Petition. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submited that the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition.
