Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the private opposite parties are obstructing in the construction proposed to be raised.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, as the petitioner has moved an application under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the said application shall be decided by respondent No.2 in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
