The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) direct the learned Additional Principal Judge, Room No.5, Family Court, Lucknow (opposite party no.1) to decide the Case No.1569/2019, Rajendra Yadav @ Raju vs. Smt. Nisha Yadav, under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending since 28.5.2019 before him expeditiously, within stipulated time period. "
