Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Suchiti Chandra, learned counsel for opposite party no.4. The petitioner's challenge to an award/ order determining compensation payable for his land acquired under National Highways Act, 1956 has been decided by the arbitrator under Section 3(g)(v) on 08.04.2025. This petition has been filed challenging it whereas there is a remedy under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Petition is not maintainable.
