The present writ petition has been preferred seeking direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the impugned First Information Report lodged by opposite party no. 4 on 17.06.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 0141/2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 at P.S. Baddupur, District Barabanki. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
