The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. To direct the Lamed Rent Authority, Under section -30 of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector / Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District -Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 4838 of 2023 (Smt. Sarandha Devi vs Smt. Rama Devi) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021 contained as Annexure no.2 to this petition, after deciding the Application under order 22 rule 3 and Order 6 Rule 17 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. dated 18.7.24 contained as Annexure No.3 to this petition within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court to meet the ends of justice. "
Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
