1.

Heard.

2.

The petitioner, it appears, was a party in some arbitration proceedings conducted by an Arbitrator appointed by the High Court under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Now, he wants certified copy of the award from the opposite parties, but, the Arbitrator is not a party here. Senior Registrar of the High Court and other Officials are parties.

3.

We fail to understand as to how the certified copy of an award rendered by an Arbitrator can be given by the High Court. The petitioner may approach the Arbitrator by moving an application seeking a signed copy of the award which the Arbitrator is obliged to provide under Section 31 (5) of the Act, 1996.
