In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to decide the pending application of petitioner for grant of firearm licence dated 6.2.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
