The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 05.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0237 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 125, 109 B.N.S., 2023 and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932, Police Station Pakbara, District Moradabad. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
