This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 (Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil-Machhalishahr, District-Jaunpur) to decide the Case No.03400/2018 (Computerized Case No.T201814360303400) between parties "Ram Shiromani vs. Sujeet Kumar and Others, under Section-210 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, within a specified period to be fixed by Hon'ble Court. "
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal is pending in proceedings under Section 210 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, for consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil-Machhalishahr, District-Jaunpur to decide Case No.03400/2018 (Computerized Case No.T201814360303400) (Ram Shiromani vs. Sujeet Kumar and Others) under Section-210 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
