This writ petition has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner praying for fair investigation in Case Crime No. 121 of 2025, under Sections- 3,4 and 25 Arms Act, 1956 Police Station- Meerapur, District- Muzaffar Nagar,. This petition is disposed of directing the investigating officer to conclude the investigation within 60 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In case of failure, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for monitoring the investigation as per judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri VasuVs. State of U.P.
