Heard Shri K.P. Pathak, learned AGA for the State-respondents.
The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 25.06.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0280 of 2025, under section 137(2), 87 of B.N.S., Police Station- Chandausi, District - Sambhal, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.
Learned AGA informs that final report has been submitted in this case in favour of the petitioners.
