2. Today, when the case has been called out, Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he proposes not to file any supplementary affidavit in view of the prayer being made, which is of a direction for expeditious consideration of bail.
3. In view of this prayer being made by the Learned counsel for the applicant, three weeks' time is granted to the applicant to appear before the concerned Court and apply for bail, which shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
