Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Sri Arpita Taumali, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that order under Section 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been passed and now they are not willing to negotiate in any manner whatsoever. In this event the jurisdiction of the present cause of action lies with the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
