Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Stay application along with Rivision No. 2353 of 2024 bearing Computer Case No.- C202405000002353 (Rameshwar and others Vs. Rambahaal and others) under section 219 Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before Commissioner Gorakhpur, Region- Gorakhpur within a stipulated period.."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid stay application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously.

Since the aforesaid application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
