Mr. Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, communication directed by our order dated 07th May, 2025 was made. Mr. Prashant Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent.

Reproduced below are paragraph nos. 1 and 3 from said order dated 07th May, 2025. "1. Mr. Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, during pendency of the appeal parties joined together to petition for divorce by mutual consent. The Family Court, by judgment dated 18th September, 2024 dissolved the marriage on mutual consent under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. On leave obtained he files supplementary affidavit dated 07th May, 2025, disclosing the judgment.

The appeal stands preferred by appellant against the order dated 09th December, 2020. Reproduced below is the operative order. "Hence the application 10 ग is here by partially allowed and the objection 12 ग, replication 14 ग, application 26 ग, objection 30 ग are disposed of accordingly. The opposite party/petitioner Ashish Agrawal is directed to pay Rs.35,000/- per month towards maintenance for child. Taksheel till the disposal of the suit or till he attained the age of majority, which ever occurs earlier and he is further directed to pay Rs. 25,000/- per month to the applicant/ respondent Smt. Seema Agrawal for maintenance till the disposal of the suit. The opposite party is further directed to pay Rs 10,000/- for one time for expenses of proceedings to the applicant Seema Agrawal. Put up on 12-01-2021 for written statement. Above directions to pay maintenance were for payment till one of the contingencies being disposal of suit, fulfilled. Appellant says the suit was disposed of on said judgment dated 18th September, 2024. Respondent goes unrepresented. "

3. Mr. Pandey confirms there has been divorce by mutual consent.

In view of aforesaid, impugned order of maintenance pendentte lite merges in judgment dated 18th September, 2024 of the Family Court dissolving the marriage under section 13-B in Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
