Kashipur, District- Udham Singh Nagar, has sought his release on bail. It is alleged that a knife is recorded form the possession of the applicant. Considering the facts that and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case for bail. Let the applicant Chhote Lal, be released on bail on executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar.
