The petitioner is one of the accused persons named in an FIR No. 361/2021 dated 08.12.2021 registered by the Police Station Domana Jammu for alleged commission of offences under sections 307, 447, 147, 148, 323 and 120-B Indian Penal Code (IPC), 1860 read with section 4/25 Arms Act,

The registration of the aforesaid FIR came to take place at the instance of the complainant/informant Raj Kumari W/o late Raghubir Singh R/o W. No. 64, Choudhary Line, Roop Nagar, Jammu.

It is being reported by Mr. Ankur Sharma, learned counsel 2 Bail App No. 58/2022 for the petitioner, that in terms of the direction given in an order dated 22.02.2022, the petitioner came to be admitted on interim pre-arrest bail which continued to last and even during the course of said interim bail cover to the best of his information, a Final Police Report/Challan under section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 came to be presented in which the petitioner is also figuring as accused put up for trial and as such the petitioner is attending the criminal trial as an accused thereby confirming the fact that he has conducted himself in accordance with the bail conditions without jumping or skipping the bail and, therefore, the disposal of this bail petition is solicited by confirming the interim bail granted in terms of the order dated 22.02.2022.

This Court, therefore, disposes of this bail petition by confirming the interim bail granted in terms of the order dated 22.02.2022 to be a regular bail subject to the terms and conditions as may come to be mandated by the trial court seized of the criminal trial against the petitioner.

A copy of this order be forwarded by the Registrar Judicial, Jammu to the SHO Police Station, Domana, Jammu for an onward compliance on his part to submit a copy of this order 3 Bail App No. 58/2022 to the concerned trial court seized of the police challan presented viz FIR No. 361/2021.
