By means of this petition moved under section 482 of Cr.P.C., the petitioners have sought direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardwar, for early disposal of bail application in connection with Criminal Case No. 3777 of 2012 (arisen out of Crime No. 216 of 2007), relating to offences punishable under section 498 A of I.P.C., and one punishable under section ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Jwalapur, District Hardwar. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned counsel for the State, and after going through the papers on record, this petition is summarily disposed of directing the trial court that if the petitioners Sarmishtha Devi and Renu surrender before the court concerned, their bail application shall be heard and disposed of without unreasonable delay. 13-7-2012 NP (P.C.Pant, J.)
