11.08.2022 Heard Mr. A. Acharjee, learned counsel appearing for the appellant. Also heard Mr. A. Pal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Kohinoor N. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the respondent. This appeal has been filed under Section-19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the impugned judgment and order dated 11-11-2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura in connection with T.S.(Div) 11 of 2018 whereby and whereunder, the prayer of the present respondent for decree of divorce under Section-13(1)(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act has been accepted and the decree of divorce was granted by the learned Court most illegally, mechanically and perversely . When the case is called, both the parties are present before this Court along with their respective counsel and have indicated that they would live together peacefully for the rest of their life and they are not interested in going for divorce. Accordingly, they have signed on ‘Annexure” indicating the same, which is the part and parcel of this order. In view above submission of both the parties, the present appeal stands allowed and the lower court’s order which is under challenge stands set aside. JUDGE JUDGE A. Ghosh
