Pradhan, learned Additional Advocate General, at the very outset, submits that in furtherance of the order of this Court dated 23.11.2012 certain area of land has been offered to the Appellant which has been duly agreed to by him. A letter dated 21.02.2013 addressed to him has been placed before this Court. Mr. A. Moulik, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Appellant, does not dispute these facts but only submits that liberty may be provided to the Appellant to approach the Respondent Department for the remaining portion of the land lying between the house of the Appellant and the road.
