Mr.Ume.h Ra.pal and Mr.Sudhlr Pragad For For / fuhialEN Petitioner (Advocate (s)) Ftespondent grmf#flatw (Advocate (s)) `1 `_. ..q. `+ Date Order (s) with Signature (s) Case No in].unction against the petitioner in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 9 of the Arbit:ration and Conciliation Act,
1996. It is the petitioner's own case that an arbitrator has been appointed by the respondent and the petitioner has been served with the notice by the arbitrator for appearance. One of the cont:entions raised is that the arbitrator has no jurisdiction. Admittedly, the petitioner has not challenged the appointment of the arbitrator in these proceedings or otherwise till date. In this petition against the grant of interim relief all these questions cannot be gone into. At this stage, Mr. 8. Sharma, learned Sr. Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy available under law. This petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty €grprayed for. -:`-::i=;
