21.9.2011, passed in Arbitration Case No.11/2011 by which his prayer for grant of injunction prayed under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has been rejected by the trial Court. The order of rejection is appelable under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. In view of the statutory remedy available in the statute we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned by filing statutory appeal under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act,
