Aggrieved by the order dated 01.09.2025, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the instant writ petition.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that without issuing any notice and without following the due process of law as contained under Regulation 9 of the Model Rajasthan (Urban Area) Building Byelaws, 2025, the certificate of the petitioner for working as an Architect has been cancelled. Counsel submits that by doing so, the respondents have violated the principles of natural justice. [2025:RJ-JP:37623] (2 of 2) [CW-14114/2025]

Considering the aforesaid, the instant writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities and submit appropriate representation against the order impugned within a period of one week from today. It is expected from the respondent authorities to decide the same strictly in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and after following the due process of law as contained under Regulation 9 of the Model Rajasthan (Urban Area) Building Bye-laws, 2025.
