On joint request of learned counsel for both the parties, the present appeal was referred to the mediation centre vide order dated 30.01.2026, to explore the possibility of compromise between the parties, and in pursuance thereof, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre of this Court and as per the mediation report No. Mediation/2026/647 dated 05.02.2026, mediation between the parties has been successful, and the parties have arrived at a compromise dated 04.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in view of the mediation report dated 05.02.2026 and compromise dated

04.02.2026, both the parties are desirous to obtain a decree of divorce by mutual consent.

Operative part

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties before the mediation centre of this Court, the impugned judgment and decree passed by the learned court below is hereby set aside, and the matter is remanded back to the Court of Additional [2026:RJ-JP:6267] (2 of 2) [CFA-842/2024] District Judge No.1, Bandikui, District Dausa, to re-decide the Civil Suit No.14/2024 (CIS No.16/2024) in the light of mediation report dated 05.02.2026, compromise dated 04.02.2026, as well as compromise dated 28.02.2024.

Accordingly, the parties are hereby directed to appear before the Additional District Judge No.1, Bandikui, District Dausa on

10.03.2026.

It is further directed that the learned Additional District Judge No.1, Bandikui, District Dausa, shall decide the said proceedings, preferably within a period of 45 days from

10.03.2026 or from filing of the certified copy of this Order.

The record of the case be remitted back to the learned court below.

The Registry is also directed to send a copy of the compromise arrived at between the parties at the mediation center of this court dated 04.02.2026 and the original compromise dated 28.02.2024 to the learned Court below along with the record of the case, after retaining xerox copies of the same.

In view of the above, the present first appeal is disposed of. All pending application(s), if any, including application (I.A. No.1/2026) stand disposed of. SOURAV /67 (MANEESH SHARMA),J
