HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ Shri Rajendra Singh Tanwar for the petitioner. Shri Mahendra Meena, P.P. for the State. ****** Counsel for the petitioner submits that bail application of the petitioner was allowed by order dated 11.09.2012 on the condition that before his release the concerning court below shall verify his antecedents and shall authorise his release only when it is verified that no previous case is registered against him. It is submitted that subsequently it is transpired that one more case is registered against the post, therefore, petitioner could not be released till now. The aforesaid fact is taken on record. The petitioner may now be released in terms of the order of this Court dated 11.09.2012. The misc. application is disposed of accordingly. (MOHAMMAD RAFIQ), J.
