The Larger Bench of this Court in Ramesh Chand Tiwari & Ors. vs. Board of Revenue & Ors.-2005 (2) WLC (Raj.) 305 and division bench in Kartar Singh vs. Board of Revenue & Ors.-2010 (3) WLC (Raj.) 368 has held that special appeal against judgement in the writ petition arising out of proceeding in a civil suit is not maintainable.
