Advocate for the State. **** On the basis of the address of the petitioner of District Jhalawar, the letter petition has wrongly been instituted within the jurisdiction of Jaipur Bench Jaipur though convict-Pari @ Parvej has undergone imprisonment for six years out of ten years imprisonment in Central Jail Jodhpur awarded by the trial court for offence under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Thus, the matter pertains to the jurisdiction of Principal Seat at Jodhpur and it should have been instituted at the Principal Seat at Jodhpur.
