Sandhir, Advocate, for the petitioner. * * * This is third petition filed by Joginder Singh under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 380 dated 12.9.2005 under Section 15/25 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Ratia. His last petition was dismissed by this court on January 30, 2007. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the FIR, no fresh ground for the grant of regular bail is made out. Dismissed.
