HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE G.S.SARRAF Mr. Ritesh Jain for the petitioner This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order dated 17.6.2008 of Addl. Civil Judge (Sr.Div.) and Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate No.7, Jaipur City, Jaipur whereby defence evidence of the accused petitioner has been closed. Considering the short controversy involved and the limited relief sought for, no notice is required to be given to the complainant-respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner it is found just and proper to give one last opportunity to the petitioner to produce defence evidence. Consequently, it is directed that if the petitioner pays to the complainant or deposits in the trial court to be paid to the complainant an amount of Rs.2000/- by way of cost within one week then one last opportunity be given to the petitioner to produce evidence in his defence. The petition stands disposed of as above. (G.S.SARRAF),J.
