2.6.2005 has been preferred. It has been noticed that against the same order earlier also an application for restoration was preferred and the same was rejected vide order dated 27.4.2006. The following order was passed in that application - "After hearing carefully gone through material on record, in the facts and circumstances, I find no ground for recaling the order dated 2.6.2005, the application is rejected. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek remedy before appropriate forum under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947."
