A communication dated 05.01.2025 has been received from the office of the Officer Incharge of Sub-Jail, Bilara as per which, the petitioner, after availing the interim bail so granted to him, did not surrender before the jail authorities concerned and has absconded. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to forfeit the bail bonds furnished by the petitioner and initiate proceedings under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
