HON'BLE MR. GOVIND MATHUR, J. Mr. Varun Goyal, for the petitioners. By this petition for writ, a direction is sought to protect the life and property of the petitioners, who are belonging to Scheduled Tribe community. From perusal of the facts averred in the petition for writ and documents annexed thereto, it appears that there is some dispute with regard to land situated in Mouja Kakhpura, Khasara No.2693 close to Narbda canal and a dispute with regard to possession over the land aforesaid, is also pending before the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sanchore, Distt. Jalore. As per the petitioners is the private respondents No.7 and 8 namely Babu Bhansali and Bhopal Chand Mehta are threatening the petitioners to keep themselves off from the land in question and in this process Purshottam, Sub-Inspector, Police Station 2 Sanchore and Raju, Constable at Police Station, Pindwara are supporting them, as such, they are apprehending endanger to their life. The petitioners if are having any apprehension regarding commission of any crime against them by the respondents No.7 and 8 or by any other person, they may approach the competent court under Section 200 Cr.P.C. The petitioner may avail add in this regard from the Police Station concern. The Station House Officer, Police Station, Pindwara in such circumstances is directed to provide adequate security to the petitioner, if they want to approach the competent court at Pindwara.
