HON'BLE MR. PRAKASH TATIA, J. HON'BLE MR. C. M. TOTLA, J. Mr. R.K.Charan, for Petitioner. This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner Prithvi Raj s/o. Ghasi, alleging that his daughter Rekha has been kidnapped. He has lodged report to the SHO, Police Station, Gangapur. He also submitted several representations and as per the facts mentioned in Annexure-5, he even moved Executive Magistrate for issuance of search warrant, upon which search warrant has been issued from the Executive Magistrate, Gangapur. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that despite issuance of search warrant, the warrant is not being served by the State authorities. We direct the concerned Court that the Court should see that effective steps be taken in the proceedings initiated on the complaint filed by the complainant Prithvi Raj for rescue of Mst. Rekha D/o. Prithvi Raj. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner will be free to approach this Court in case the petitioner's grievance is not redressed in short period of about two months. A copy of this order may also be sent to the concerned Court, where he has moved petition for searching the corpus. (C. M. TOTLA), J. (PRAKASH TATIA), J.
