Judgment

HON'BLE MR. PRAKASH TATIA, J. Mr.Hemant Choudhary, for the petitioners. - - - - - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal dated 30.11.2006 by which six appeals have been decided. The Tribunal set aside various transfer orders by this common order dated

30.11.2006 which are related to the year 2004. Since the transfer orders which were set aside were of the year 2004 and now almost more than five years have already passed, therefore, I do not find any reason to keep this writ petition of the petitioners pending for any purpose nor there can be any justification for setting aside of the order of the Tribunal in the matter of setting aside the transfer orders of 2004 at this belated time because of the reason that the competent authority has power to transfer the employee again if administrative exigency demands so. 2 In view of the above, this writ petition is hereby dismissed. S.Phophaliya (PRAKASH TATIA), J.
